Rule 33
Special funds
(1) The City Council may allocate necessary funds from the internal revenue collected in its fund to the following special funds:-
(a) Divine Disaster Relief Special Fund,
(b) Maintenance Special Fund,
(c) Poverty Alleviation and Social Mobilization Special Fund,
(d) Women and Child Development Special Fund,
(e) Health Community Special Fund,
(f) Environmental Management Special Fund,
(g) Employee Welfare Fund.
